STRUCTURE
AvantGuard is organized along
the lines a typical management structure that is functional and
efficient to the attainment of our organizational goals. Our manning
structure is based not strictly on qualification but also on relevant
experience. AvantGuard has standardized and well trained personnel, who
are dedicated, safety cautious and alert.
Our personnel are equipped to effectively carry out their tasks with
less supervision. With well-trained and experienced personnel, we are
able to recruit more personnel from a pool of consultants, experts and
worksmen. Our team is headed by a Chief Executive Officer and is
directly assisted by 4 heads of department of managerial status. These
departments are:
